It’s been two years since the excitement has started to explode in our households. The regional passions’ flaring is now an excitement that is enjoyed with relish. When Lalit Modi came up with this awesome idea to start off the IPL, his well executed plan was appreciated by Indians and the world with open arms. As we know the excitement he ignited in all of us. We cheered, screamed, rooted for our heroes till we made our evenings filled with accelerating winning experiences. This year it is bigger than ever before the teams are hunting their opponents, the competition is neck to neck and this exactly what we wanted from along time. Country club India made this sport celebration into a much grand event by hosting these matches on huge screens for the pleasure of the members. The color of the Indian festivities is aptly summed up in the beautiful festival called “Holi”. According to the mythology of the Indian beliefs, in memory of the miraculous escape that young Prahlad accomplished when Demoness Holika, sister of Hiranyakashipu, carried him into the fire. Holika was burnt but Prahlad, a staunch devotee of god Vishnu, escaped without any injuries due to his unshakable devotion. This success of Prahlad is celebrated all over India with colors and family get-togethers. The colors are mixed with water and some times used as dry powder and are splashed on each other. As it’s a grand occasion in country club India every Holi day, this year it was a great grand celebration that drenched every member with fun and colorful memories. As all the members and their families participated in the fun with the colors in the morning, the evening was enjoyed with traditional and festivity dinner.

The celebration of Saint Valentine’s Day world over is a well recognized festivity that has been followed all over India from many years. As we all know, our Indian culture too has its own way of celebrating Love and Affection through its numerous festivals. We love our family, intimate partners all through the year; this special day always stands out for a memorable reason. This is a day to open up and show the person we love appreciation for their care and concern for us. This eventful day of the year was celebrated by the country club India members all over India with much relish and fun. The couples and the families arrived early and spent time with their loved ones till they had their fill of the events offered. The event had a DJ spinning the best Bollywood tunes for the member’s pleasure, game stalls, free mehendi designs, tattoos, food stalls and a bar counter. This event was received well with the members who enjoyed the lavish dinner with their partners and families.

Country Club India | Sankranti Celebrations

One of the best feelings about being an Indian is that we get to enjoy year round festivals that keep us charged with the best times. The whole of South India greets the New Year with the amazing festival called “Makar Sankranti‎” also known as the Kite festival. This is the time when the whole of India celebrates the beautiful festival of Rangoli and Kites. Country Club India, as in its custom, celebrated the festival in its grand festivity style. The event was celebrated from the morning hours till the eventful dinner time. Country Club members were delighted to see their friends and their families who also joined to fly their kites in the “Kite Flying Competition”. The whole mood was playful and exciting as each member was competing with their respective friends and family to incise the other kites flying in the sky. Country Club arranged the evening dinner for all the members celebrating the joyous occasion. The members and their families with their friends tok great pleasure in all the day’s events.

Country Club India | Stars Come down to “Meet & Greet”

As the eventful year ending approached and the excitement for the arriving New Year was escalating…Country Club India announced the hosting of the affluent New Year Bash. The Country Club tradition that was started two years back proved to be a grand success and an entertaining extravaganza for the past two years. Country Club India introduced a new pre - event called “Meet & Greet”, where the members get to meet their favorite stars and celebrities who will perform on the New Year’s Eve celebrations. As the celebrations happened at almost all the major cities, the stars and celebrities like ever entertaining Govinda and Amisha Patel, Mahima Chaudhary, Karthik and Pop Shalini, Usha Uttup, Aarti Chabria, Payal Rohatgi, Celina Jaitley, Yana Gupta, Shefali Zariwala, Shradha Sharma and Deepshikha were among the entertainers who attended the pre – event party and interacted with the members and their families. The evening was well coordinated with the stars coming down and delighting all the members with their warm interaction and participation in the following sumptuous dinner. Members were more than happy for the introduction of this new pre – event by Country Club India.

Country Club India with its signature style in colossal events celebrated the welcoming of the New Year 2010 in glitz and glamour. The event that crossed every member’s expectation with its events that offered stars and celebrities from all over India. Events all over India were a huge success with the members and their friends as they indulged themselves in the celebrations. Bangalore swooned to the dance moves by Mahima Chaudhary, Chennai had a delightful night filled with music and songs by Karthik and Pop Shalini, Coimbatore was

entertained by the ever green and melodious singer, Usha Uttup. Aarti Chabria engrossed the Delhi members with sensual dancing, Payal Rohatgi set the sizzling mood in the Lucknow, In Mumbai, the sexy Celina Jaitley made the members move to the dance tunes, Pune members had a great show by Yana Gupta, Shradha Sharma at Surat and Deepshikha at Nagpur. Members who make a rare appearance because of their busy schedule all round the year made it a point to have a gala time with their friends and families at this New Year Bash. One of the Country Club India’s international clubs in Dubai hosted the eventful party that blasted into the New Year as the members cheered with Amisha Patel and Govinda, the super stars of Bollywood. By and by Country Club India made it possible for all the members to greet the New Year 2010 with a memorable welcoming experience.

The festivity that is celebrated all over the world with jubilant spirit was well justified in the party that was arranged by Country Club India. This year, the event was specially designed for the members and their children. The decorations were attractive and the children were delighted to see their favorite Santa Claus taking their wish list.
